Spare footballer of Manchester City, Kelvin Etuhu, was sentenced to eight months in prison for causing bodily injury and hail.
Etuhu was convicted of in February last year in a casino broke man and kicked him three times, breaking his jaw.
The evidence is video footage in which he recorded the entire incident:
